MCA, MCS, B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science from reputed institutions (IITs, RECs, Tier-I universities and colleges) preferred. M.S. in Computer Science will be an added advantage.
Job Description:
Design and develop DMS, CRM and ERP
Design and develop a rich and robust ASP.Net/VB.Net content workflow application
Design and implement for massive scale and lightning fast performance
Perform design and code reviews
Adopt robust engineering practices including test driven development, high levels of coding standards, reusable and flexible design and implementation.
Provide technical leadership to other team members
Collaborate within cross-functional teams comprising of Product Managers, Business Analysts, Usability Experts, QA Engineers and User-Acceptance Testers
Own all aspects of product feature development including analysis, design, estimation, implementation, delivery and production support
Good command over SQL with ability to understand and develop complex queries and stored procedures
Strength in core computer science concepts, data structures and algorithms
Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Strong communication and technical leadership skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams
Past management experience with leading the teams of approximately 3-30 software professionals
Strong people management skills, with experience in hiring, mentoring and appraising the member in the team
